Visit the Descanso Gardens during the Pandemic
We thought the best travel destination during the COVID-19 Pandemic would be a nature park. There are not a lot of crowds, and it is one of the great opportunities to see the beautiful scenery closely while still keeping a social distance. This year, some of our students and teachers met up to come to Descanso Gardens—a public garden in Southern California—over spring break. It is a commitment we made before the pandemic as well. We see some flowers blooming and other various delicate plants in the gardens here. In addition, some historical documents hold the true records of the previous owner and his glorious family history. It is a tremendous garden.
During these offline events, we also reminded our friends that the pandemic is not over. The future is not yet known, and safety is still not something to be taken lightly.
